We provide intermodal drayage, regional van, and dedicated trucking services originating primarily in the greater Columbus, Ohio area. Specific service details, availability, and pricing are provided during quoting and order confirmation.
2) Quotes & Orders
- Quotes: Quotes are estimates based on information provided at the time of request and are subject to change if shipment details vary (e.g., weights, accessorials, detention, waiting time, storage, chassis days).
- Booking: A shipment is considered booked when written confirmation is received (email or portal) and accepted by TL Wilson.
- Accessorials: Additional charges may apply, including but not limited to pre‑pull, layover, detention, driver assist, lumper fees, tolls, overweight/over‑dimension fees, storage, and chassis days.
3) Customer Obligations
- Provide accurate shipment information, including weights, dimensions, hazardous status (if any), and appointment windows.
- Ensure proper loading, blocking, and bracing when customer loaded; verify legal weights if overweight service is requested.
- Provide necessary documentation (BOLs, delivery receipts, release numbers, steamship line details, ERD/LFD, etc.).
4) Delivery Times
Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (weather, ramp/terminal delays, road closures, mechanical issues, and acts of God). We will communicate material delays as we become aware of them.
5) Loss, Damage & Claims
- For intermodal shipments, the ocean carrier, rail carrier, and terminal rules and tariffs may apply. For motor carrier segments, claims are handled pursuant to applicable law and contracts.
- Visible exceptions must be noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery. Concealed damage must be reported promptly with supporting documentation.
6) Billing & Payment
- Invoices are due per the payment terms on the invoice. Late payments may incur finance charges as permitted by law.
- Disputed charges must be reported in writing within the time specified on the invoice; undisputed charges are payable when due.
7) Website Use
- You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access non‑public systems, or interfere with site security.
- Content on the site is provided “as is” and may change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that the site or content is error‑free.
